One Associate goes to The 6th Team Pool
The First qualified Senior Associate that becomes 1st level qualified will go into the 6th Team Pool.
All Senior Associates stay in the holding tank until 2nd level qualified.
After 1st level qualified, you’ll get 5 new Senior Associates from the 6th Team Pool towards your Q-5 Profit Sharing, (T.C.T.F.), (E.L.B.P.) and (I.P.G.S.) team for every 5th Q.S.B. Senior Associate you sign-up.
You can opt-in to Q-5 auto order for monthly Dwl’s that can be deducted from your commissions at anytime, At that time your Q-5 team will be banked, as long as 2nd level qualified and on Q-5 auto order.
Q-5 auto orders don’t count for level upgrades.
